MOSHAN CONSULTING was founded in 2015 on a simple conviction: strong analysis must not stop at the report stage, and good policy intent must translate into systems that work on the ground.
Since then we have delivered 43+ assignments for government institutions, international and national NGOs, civil society and the private sector — from state-wide hydro-meteorological network design and multi-hazard early-warning systems, to baselines and third-party monitoring, environmental and social impact assessment, irrigation O&M frameworks, financial-management systems and community capacity building.
